We try to keep this up to date, but there may be some we have
yet to get round to adding to this list.

Matured in a combination of hand selected traditional and oak sherry casks, this expression represents the Charleston of Aberlour character.

The Aberlour single malt has been matured in two handmade oak cask types. Traditional oak and the finest sherry oak casks. The double maturation ensures a smooth and full taste in addition to the distinctive sweet floral and spicy flavours.

THE BALVENIE DOUBLE WOOD 12 YEAR OLD

Sweet fruit and Oloroso sherry notes on the nose, layered with honey and vanilla. On the palate it's smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours – nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry. The finish is long and warming.

The delicate fresh taste of Caribbean rum enhances the Balvenie's vanilla notes in the finishing-whilst adding spicy aromatic qualities to the whisky.

This single malt is matured in traditional, low roofed warehouses allowing its light and refreshing character to emerge. A subtle Speyside malt, Glen Moray is matured in oak casks producing a whisky which is light golden in colour and gently spiced with fruity butterscotch notes

A non chill filtered and of natural colour being matured in the finest Oloroso sherry casks. A very dynamic and full bodied dram for its age. On the palate chewy with coffee chocolate and treacle scones. A veritable feast to enliven the senses.

This malt is matured in a combination of the finest Oloroso and pedro ximinez sherry casks. Non chilled filtered with a natural colour.This has tastes of cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. It has a long and lingering finish.

Since 1865 Glenfarclas has been owned and managed by just one family, the Grants of Glenfarclas. This 10 year old has a vibrant straw-gold colour. On the nose sherry-sweet malty tones combine with delicate smokiness, releasing subtle spices.

The Macallan Fine Oak is triple cask matured in a unique, complex combination of exceptional oak casks: European oak casks seasoned with sherry, American oak casks seasoned with sherry and American oak casks seasoned with bourbon. The Dufftown distillery first drew water from Highlandman John's well in 1896 and continues to do so to this day. It has a taste of sweetness and crunchy nuts then smooth fruity richness.
Firm with a balancing sweetness; hints of blackcurrant, brown sugar,
and espresso coffee. Warming and very smooth.

From Rothes, this Speyside single malt is a classic malt which is bright, golden amber in colour and has a hint of green apples, honey, lemon, and floral vanilla spices on the nose.

THE GLENLIVET NADURRA 16 YEAR OLD

53% A.B.V.
Gaelic for natural, Nadurra is the most natural expression of the Glenlivet. It is batch produced at cask strength using traditional methods. Omitting chill-filtration gives the mouth more body and a richer texture, and stays true to the style of whisky that was produced in the 19th century. It turns cloudy at low temperatures because it contains more natural oils from the grain.

GLENFIDDICH 12 YEAR OLD

Named from the Gaelic for 'valley of the deer' over 125 years later Glenfiddich is one of the few single malt distilleries to remain entirely family owned. Sweet fruity notes, malt, and subtle oak.

THE GLENROTHES

John Ramsey, their Malt Master, has crafted a selection of the Glenrothes which typifies the distillery house character, - ripe fruits, citrus, vanilla, and hints of spice.

TOMINTOUL 16 YEAR OLD

The Tomintoul single malt is a testament to their master distiller, Robert Fleming, whose family has been making whisky in the Speyside region for four generations. Inspired by tradition he has produced a single malt of unique quality which is invitingly smooth and mellow.

HIGHLANDS

ARDMORE

46% A.B.V.
This is the only highland distillery that still routinely fully 'peat's' its standard malt. This is double cask matured and non-chill filtered. This produces a full, smooth, peat-smoked whisky with earthy richness, tempered by subtle sweetness.

DALMORE 12 YEAR OLD

40% A.B.V.
Matured for an initial nine years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being carefully divided. One half continues its maturation in bourbon barrels, the other half is transferred to 30year old Matusalem Oloroso sherry cask. Complex yet balanced.

DALWHINNIE 15 YEAR OLD

43% A.B.V.
The distillery was founded by Grant, Mackenzie and Sellar in 1898 (when known as the Strathspey Distillery). Its name derives from the Gaelic for a 'meeting place' of sheep and cattle drovers. Smooth and soft with honey and delicate spice.

DRUMGUISH

A young, quite mashy, soft and medium sweet, quite fresh with a slight menthol character, gently peated with a slightly earthly touch.

FETTERCAIRN 30 YEAR OLD

This is 1 of only 3000 bottles, this is very much a limited edition. A non-chilled filtered malt has a warm honey gold colour. The taste is a treasure chest of flavours which gently unfolds on the palate and exposes its many hidden secrets. As the saying goes 'all good things come to those who are prepared to wait'. Outstanding!

GLENMORANGIE ORIGINAL 10 YEAR OLD

Formerly a farm called 'Morangie Farm', William Matheson founded the distillery in 1843. Named after the land he loved, Glenmorangie, meaning 'glen of tranquillity' was born.
Pale and lemony golden colour. A clean and refreshing aftertaste with hints of orange and peach.

GLEN DEVERON 10 YEAR OD

At the ancient seaport of Banff, the distillery lies as the black waters of the river Deveron meet the North Sea. They craft fine single malts of smooth rich character.

GLENGARIOCH 1797 FOUNDERS RESERVE

Pronounced Geery in the ancient Doric dialect of Aberdeenshire, this single malt is characterised with sweet vanilla, butterscotch and fresh green fruits, sweet buttercream and citrus and citrus cleanliness result in a fresh, gentle finish.

GLEGLASSAUGH REVIVAL

Revival is a distinctive Highland malt produced using only the finest ingredients without the use of added colouring and without chill-filtering. Robust in style, sweet and fruity whilst rounded and creamy, with perfect balancing sherry notes.

Golden yellow, clear and bright in appearance. The nose is sweet with toffee and popcorn aromas, slightly nutty with fresh apples coming through. The taste is clean and of green apples
and grass with a hint of sweet liquorice.

GLENGOYNE 17 YEAR OLD

A higher portion of 1st fill sherry casks gives a rich, mouth-coating whisky, full of ripe apples, orange peel, pear drops, vanilla, spicy oak, and sherry.

GLENGOYNE 21 YEAR OLD

Christmas cake, honey and rich fruit – with a long cinnamon finish. Perfect after dinner, or frankly, anytime. They distil slower than anyone else in Scotland. Then they mature exclusively in hand-selected sherry casks, for twenty one character years.

No colouring or chill filtration has been used in this bottling, allowing you to sample the whisky straight from the Spanish Oak cask.

LOCH LOMAND

A fine single malt produced and aged in the Highlands.

OBAN 14 YEAR OLD

43% A.B.V.
A rich sweetness with fruits on the nose, with some sea-salt and peaty smokiness. The body is full and rich, with mouth filling late autumn fruits on the palate – dried figs and honey – sweet spices, followed by smoky, malty dryness. The long smooth sweet finish
shows oak – wood, dryness and a grain of salt.

OLD PULTENEY 12 YEAR OLD

Established in 1826 and situated in the town of Wick. Pulteney is the most northerly distillery
on the Scottish mainland. Deep amber in colour with a slight pink hue. With a complex
nose of green apples, toffee, and spicy aromatic notes.
On the palate it is dry, medium bodied and smooth with a clean finish.

TOMATIN 12 YEAR OLD

Located just south of Inverness and established in 1897, Tomatin is one of the highest distilleries in Scotland at 315m above sea level. This lightly peated malt has the most delicate of flavours,
yet with a rich and mellow style.

TULLIBARDINE 25 YEAR OLD

This is the benchmark Tullibardine. Full bodied, smooth and fruity in the mouth. There are a myriad of flavours coming from toffee, spice, and dried apricots, through to the more obvious barley and vanilla notes on the finish. This is a Tullibardine to savour and take ones time over.

LOWLANDS

GLENKINCHIE 12 YEAR OLD

One of the few remaining Lowland distilleries, situated just 20 miles from the capital makes this 'The Edinburgh Malt'. Founded in 1825, the distillery was later purchased and restored by an association of whisky merchants and blenders in the 1890's. Light, delicate, sweet, and creamy.

AUCHENTOSHAN THREE WOOD

This unique Auchentoshan single malt has been matured in three different cask types. Moving from American bourbon to Spanish Oloroso sherry, and finally Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Three Wood is a rich, complex whisky with incredible toffee and sherry oak flavours.

AUCHENTOSHAN

Situated on the banks of the River Clyde since 1823, in the shadow of the old Kilpatrick hills between Glasgow and Loch Lomond. Triple distilled and matured in American bourbon casks, the result is a Lowland single malt whisky with the sweet aromas of vanilla, coconut and the signature smooth, delicate, Auchentoshan taste.

Springbank is unique among Scotland's distilleries. Every part of the process from malting to bottling is carried out at the distillery. It is free of artificial colouring and it has not been chill filtered.

This limited edition release of 9000 bottles has been produced from un-peated malted barley and matured in a combination of the finest ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Situated on Scotland's famously picturesque west coast and surrounded by Atlantic sea mists, rests Mull; an island of unique beauty. The Tobermory has light fruit notes, spicy oak, hints of vanilla and citrus with a slight smoky finish.

LAPHROAIG 10 YEAR OLD

The one that started it for the distillery nearly 200 years ago and
still the world's favourite Islay single malt. This is Islay peat smoke, full and earthy,
tangy salt laden air, an echo of sweetness at the end.

Some say it is the ultimate Laphroaig, others pale at its reputation. Nobody forgets it. It comes straight from the barrel at full strength and is barrier filtered.

LAPHROAIG QUARTER CASK

This takes its inspiration from the small casks often used for Scotch whisky in the 19th century. It is sparkling gold in colour and full bodied, has a deep, complex and smoky taste, yet offers and surprises the palate with a gentle sweetness. The finish is really long,
drying appropriately with smoke and spice.

LAGAVULIN 16 YEAR OLD

Above all Islay means peat. Miles and miles of peat bog in the west of the island provide the raw material whose influence so characterises the south east Islay malts.

BUNNAHABHAIN 12 YEAR OLD

Bunnahabhain (pronounced Bu-na-ha-venn) lies on the isolated north eastern tip of Islay close to the Margadale river. Bunnahabhain means 'mouth of the river' in Scots Gaelic. This is fresh and aromatic, is fruity floral, with hints of dried fruit and nutty flavours.
It has a malty sweetness and a subtle hint of smoke.

BRUICHLADDICH THE LADDIE TEN 10 YEAR OLD

From the Bruichladdich distillery which was only reopened in 2001.It s malted from only Scottish barley for authenticity, slow fermented for purity, trickle distilled for creamy texture and cask filled at 70% for extra flavour.

A unique combination of time, tradition and terrain, Bowmore, the first Islay single malt whisky established in 1779. Sweet and delicious heather honey and gentle peat smoke.
